Eirini Manthou

Biography

Eirini Manthou is Postdoctoral Researcher at the Dept. of Physical Education and Sport Sciences, University of Thessaly in Greece and lecturer at the Dept. of Nutrition and Dietetics, University of Applied Sciences, Thessaly. She owns an MSc in “Human Nutrition” and Ph.D “Behavioural compensatory and metabolic changes in response to exercise in overweight/ obese women” from the University of Glasgow. Both were supported by greek foundation scholarships. She received her first degree at the Dept. of Physical Education and Sport Sciences, University of Thessaly.
