Biography

César Berzosa has a BSc in Sport Sciences, Universidad de Zaragoza, Spain. During his Ph.D. he spent a research stay at University of Liverpool studying skeletal muscle responses, antioxidants, and oxidative stress. He obtained his Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology, Universidad de Zaragoza, Spain. After a few years working as associate professor there, currently he is working as Human Physiology and Exercise Physiology lecturer at Universidad San Jorge, Spain, where he continues his research on bioactive plant products related with antioxidants and its use in exercise on programmes funded by different companies. He has published many papers in relevant journals.
