Biography

Dr. Mariano Casado Blanco, specialist in legal and forensic medicine, has received the National Prize for Health Law in its 7th edition, convened by the Spanish Association of Health Law under the sponsorship of the AMA Foundation. The award refers to his work “The figure of the minor in health law”, where he addresses the position of the minor from a legal, medical, cultural and ethical perspective, becoming a legal guide of interest to the health and legal sectors.
