Biography

Dr. Brooke Salzman, MD is a Family Medicine Specialist in Philadelphia, PA. She is affiliated with medical facilities Jefferson Methodist Hospital and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.Dr. Salzman is the Medical Director of Jefferson Geriatrics, the outpatient practice devoted to the care of older adults. There, she runs the Geriatric Assessment Program and performs home visits. She is particularly interested in improving care for medically and socially complex patients. She is involved in research about decision-making on cancer screening with older patients.
