Bioinformatician/infection biologist with more than 15 years of experience in basic and clinical research in international, multidisciplinary and collaborative teams. Excellent communicator with extensive teaching experience and six first-author research papers. Interested in application of integrative systems biology (multi-omics) for understanding molecular mechanism of diseases pathogenicity and resistance, diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets discovery.
