Biography
Dr. L. Arul Pragasan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental Sciences, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore (India). He has joined Bharathiar University in 2011 with a career objective to achieve excellence in teaching and research through constant process of learning combined with experience. He holds Ph.D. in Ecology and Environmental Sciences (2010) from Pondicherry University, Puducherry (India). He earned B.Sc. in Botany (2003) and M.Sc. in Ecology and Environmental Sciences (2004) from PU. He has received various fellowships Research Associate (2010-2011), Project Fellow (2009-2010), Senior Research Fellow (2008-2009), Junior Research Fellow (2006-2008).Publications
Tree Carbon Stock Assessment from the Tropical Forests of BodamalaiHills Located In India
The main objective of this study was to assess the carbon stock of tree vegetation from the tropical forests of Bodamalai hills located in India.
