Biography

Dr. Anton B. Tonchev has graduated from Medicine at the Medical University-Varna, Bulgaria. He has done doctoral and postdoctoral studies at the Kanazawa University Graduate School of Medical Sciences, Kanazawa-city, Japan, and the Max-Planck- Institute for Biophysical Chemistry. Since 2008, he has been appointed a position at the Department of Anatomy, histology, and embryology, Medical University – Varna. Bulgaria. Since 2012 he was elected Chairman of the Department.
