Biography

Dr Anthony Phillips, CM, PhD, FRSC, FCAHS, is a Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and a Senior Investigator with the University of British Columbia’s Djavad Mowafagian Centre for Brain Health and was the Founding Director of the UBC Institute of Mental Health. He served as the Scientific Director of the CIHR Institute of Neurosciences, Mental Health and Addiction (INMHA) from 2009-17, as well as President of The International College of Neuropsychopharmacology (CINP) from 2012-14.
