Biography

Andre Nyberg PT, PhD. is an Associate Professor at the Department of Community Medicine and Rehabilitation, Section of Physiotherapy. Umeå University, Umeå, Sweden. He is Involved and leader of research projects investigating how extrapulmonary manifestations should be measured and optimally managed among patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) as well as the importance of limb muscle function for this group of patients, e.g., investigating the relationship between different aspects of muscle function and daily life activities.
