Anat Drach-Zahavy is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Health and Welfare Sciences at the University of Haifa, Israel. She received her Ph.D. degree in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, at the Technion, Israel. Her research is focused on healthcare organizations, and particularly in the areas of , quality service, safety, and employee's health.
