Biography

My principal research activity is Applied Sport Science. My research group investigates methods to improve performance (especially endurance performance) via manipulation of the psycho-physiological and nutritional variables. To accomplish it, we have utilised several techniques including the supplementation of caffeine, carbohydrate and sodium bicarbonate, and manipulation of external factors such as music, environment conditions and exercise information.
