Biography

Dr. A S. Chaouki is a pediatric cardiologist in Chicago, Illinois and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital and Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. He received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and has been in practice between 6-10 years.
