Biography
Dr. Olabisi Akinlua working as Lecturer in the department of Food Technology at Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Ojere Abeokuta. He has also worked on Glycemic Index of selected Nigerian Food. Dr. Olabisi is particularly intrested in Field of food technology and is author of over 20 papers in Food Technology and Obesity. He published more than 10 abstracts in National and International Journals.
