Biography
Dr. Elliot was the principal investigator for the ATHENA (Athletes Targeting Healthy Exercise and Nutrition Alternatives) study for young women athletes. She is currently the principal investigator of the PHLAME (Promoting Healthy Lifestyles: Alternative Models' Assessing More Effects) study among fire fighters. Her clinical areas of focus include health promotion, adolescent athletes, muscle disorders, obesity research and primary care general internal medicine.
