Anurag Tewari

Clinical Fellow Cincinnati Children's Hospital & Medical Center, USA  

Biography

Dr. Anurag Tewari is currently practicing as Clinical Fellow- Ped Neuroanesthesiology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital & Medical Center, USA.
In the year 1994, he received his M.B.B.S from Guru Govind Singh Medical College, Faridkot, Punjab, India. For next 2 years, he did his internship at same institute and in 1999, he joined Dayanand Medical College and Hospital, Ludhiana, India. 
Further, pursuing towards a better career, he moved to USA and from July 2013 onward till date, he joined Cleveland Clinics  Foundation, Ohio USA.  
He has received many awards and honors for Best Paper award Research Society of Anesthesiology Clinical Pharmacology on September 2001 followed by 2nd Prize at International Anesthesia Research Society in October 2004. 
Also he got 2nd Prize at ICE Elevator Pitch Competition, VEINROM in the year 2012 followed by Best Senior Research Project, VEINROM in March 2013.
 
Research Interest

He has published more than 40 research articles in the field of Anesthesiology, Spine Surgery and Neurosurgical Anesthesiology. He has cntributed in the Journal of Urology and is also associated with Indian Journal of Anesthesia. Also he has contributed to many more journals with his research on different aspects of sleep medicine, antioxidants, lower limb surgery etc.
