Different HTC and disclosure modalities will lead to different Awareness Framework pattern mixes. In turn, these pattern mixes are likely to impact the utilization of different HIV prevention strategies, including condoms, circumcision, pre-exposure prophylaxis, and early ART initiation. These strategies have been shown to lower the probability of HIV transmission or acquisition. |
