After treatment with 100 μM H2O2 for 10 min and incubation in a fresh medium for 16 h, the conditioned medium of rat astrocytes was analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting for HSP70, HSP90, protein kinase Cδ, β-actin, and apoE. The conditioned medium was incubated with Heparin-Sepharose to concentrate FGF-1 and analyzed for FGF-1 by Western blotting. |
