Dr. Ni-Bin Chang received his B.S. degree in 1983 from the National Chiao-Tung University in Taiwan, and his Master’s and Ph.D. degree from Cornell University, USA in 1989 and 1991, respectively.Ni-Bin Chang has 117 peer-reviewed journal publications and 99 conference papers up to 2007. He was one of the founders of International Society of Environmental Information Management and the former editor-in-chief of Journal of Environmental Informatics. He is also sitting in the editorial board of Journal of Applied Remote Sensing as associate editor (Official Journal of International Society of Optical Engineering (SPIE)), and board members of 9 international journals.
